Each drop reaches 8,000 – 10,000 targeted households across selected area ZIP codes. We share the exact route list with you before printing so you know precisely where your ad is going.
How big is the postcard, and where will my ad appear on it?
The mailer is 9″ × 12″ — about the size of a magazine cover. Ads appear in a grid on both sides. Premium 6″ × 4″ ads receive priority placement nearest the masthead.
Do I need to provide artwork?
The strongest results come when we can start with what already represents your brand. Share your logo, brand colors, and any recent marketing pieces — flyers, business cards, past ads, even photos from your storefront or website — and our designers will refine and optimize everything for the 9″ × 12″ postcard format. We’ll handle the adjustments: tightening the typography, balancing the color for print, sharpening the logo, and laying it all out for maximum impact at a glance. How does the QR code tracking work?
Each ad gets a unique tracking QR code. When someone scans it, we record the timestamp and (anonymously) the rough location. Every advertiser receives a free account in our customer portal — your single home for everything campaign-related. Inside the portal you can see live scan counts, peak days, and geographic spread for your ad, message our team directly, request adjustments for the next drop, and download performance summaries any time. No waiting for a monthly email — your data updates continuously and is available 24/7.
What if I don’t have a website for the QR code to link to?
We can point the QR code to your Google Business profile, Facebook page, online menu, booking calendar, or a simple landing page we build for you.
When is the next drop, and how do I reserve a spot?
Drops typically go out every 4 weeks. To reserve, just contact us.
How long does the design and proofing process take?
Once we have your information and logo, you’ll have a first proof within 3 business days. Most ads are finalized after one round of revisions.
Can I track results over multiple drops?
Yes — your QR tracking dashboard persists between drops, so you can compare scan rates, offer performance, and seasonal trends across campaigns.
What if my ad doesn’t generate results?
We provide the platform, the design, the distribution, and the tracking. Performance depends on your offer — but our team will work with you on copy and offer strategy to maximize response. If your first drop underperforms, we’ll consult on adjustments at no charge before the next one.
What is your payment and refund policy?
Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your ad space in a drop. Once payment is received, your slot is locked in, design work begins, and the space becomes unavailable to other advertisers. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or transfers toward future drops for any reason — including campaign performance, business changes or closures, design preferences, missed approval deadlines, or scheduling delays initiated by the advertiser. This policy reflects the real costs we commit on your behalf the moment your reservation is confirmed: designer time, print production, USPS postage, route reservation, and coordination with the other advertisers sharing your card — none of which can be recovered or reassigned once a slot is reserved. By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy in full.
