Learn more about our process for building WordPress sites

WordPress is a popular content management system that enables users to create and manage their own websites. WordPress is used by millions of people around the world, and it powers a significant percentage of the internet. WordPress is a free and open-source platform, and it is available in a variety of languages. WordPress is easy to use and versatile, making it an ideal choice for many different types of websites. Whether you need a simple blog or a complex e-commerce website, WordPress can be a great option. If you’re looking for a reliable and user-friendly platform to build your website, WordPress is definitely worth considering.

At Verixity, we believe that a well-designed WordPress site should be easy to use, visually appealing, and packed with features that engage visitors and promote your business. To achieve this, we follow a tried and tested development process that ensures we always deliver high-quality results.

1 First Phase—Identification of customer needs

We take the time to get to know you and your business. We want to understand your goals, your target audience, and your unique selling points. This information helps us to develop a clear picture of what your ideal website should look like.

2 Second Phase—Design and content preparation

Any effective design must take into account the content that will be included. After all, the point of design is to effectively communicate a message, and the content is the most important part of that message. Once the designer has a good understanding of the content, they can start to think about what kind of design will best suit that content. For example, if the goal is to convey complex information, a more minimalistic approach may be best. On the other hand, if the goal is to make a bold statement, a more eye-catching design may be in order. Once the basic decisions about content and design have been made, the next step is to create a layout that brings everything together in a cohesive and effective way. This can be a challenge, but it’s also one of the most rewarding aspects of design. A well-designed layout can take an ordinary piece of content and turn it into something truly special.

3 Third Phase—Populate content and UI/UX

Content is the driving force behind any good website or app. It’s what keeps users coming back for more, and it’s what helps to establish a strong connection between the user and the product. That’s why it’s so important to populate content that is not only relevant and interesting, but also easy to navigate and visually appealing. After all, there’s no point in having great content if no one can find it or if it’s presented in a way that makes it hard to read. That’s where UI/UX comes in. A good user interface and user experience are essential for making sure that users can find and consume content easily.

4 Fourth phase—Development and testing

The fourth phase of the project lifecycle is development and testing. This is where the team creates the product according to the specifications laid out in the previous phases. Once the product is complete, it undergoes rigorous testing to ensure that it meets all the requirements. This is a significant phase, as it can make or break the success of the project. The team needs to be diligent and detail-oriented to ensure that the product is of high quality. If any problems are found during testing, they need to be fixed before the product is released. After development and testing are complete, the product is ready for launch.

5 Fifth phase—Site transfer to the client and support

This is the final phase of the project and involves transferring the site to the client and providing support as needed. This transfer includes making sure that the client understands how to use all the features of the site and providing training if necessary. It is also important to ensure that all project documentation is complete and accurate. Once the transfer is complete, it is usual for the project team to provide support for a period of time, in case any issues arise. This support can be in the form of a help desk or email support. After a project is completed, it is significant to review what went well and what could be improved for future projects.
